Due to high fuel prices, the air fares soared up which increased the demand of European cruise for Americans, and the cruise lines were forced to reduce prices.
Royal Caribbean, which sent 50% of 22 ships to Europe, has offered some of the cheapest rates among European cruise. Rich Tucker, the head of business development for CruiseDeals.com in Charlotte, said that. "The prices on 2011 European cruise for summer season to Mediterranean are the best they've ever seen," he also added that the travelers must act fast to have a good bargain.
